The Armoury Online ZOOM
A fast pace, high energy workout using training methods such as HIIT and EMOM. This class is ideal for busy individuals that need to get their workout in early before kids wake and the day starts.
Please note this class is not suitable for mums with children under 1 year. Get in touch if you would like to join this class

A postnatal friendly workout over Zoom, strengthening the pelvic floor, core and glutes. No equipment needed just some water and some toys to keep the babe/ toddlers entertained!

Friday Fitness at St Matts, Cheltenham
A toddler friendly fitness class. Plenty of toys for your little ones to play with whilst you get a workout in! We have lots of mums at different stages of their postnatal journey, so plenty of variations to suit all mummas and daddys! It also includes a tea or coffee after, so you can get to know some other local lovely parents!

St Pauls Walk and Talk
Come and grab a free coffee from School House Cafe and enjoy a walk and talk around Pittville Park. Everybody welcome! We finish back at the cafe at 10am.

Preggo Pump
Exercise has proven to be so important when pregnant, not only in preparation for birth, but also in increasing energy, mood and wellbeing in pregnancy. We are not currently running any pregnancy classes but do have online workouts for mums-to-be to do in the comfort of their own home.
